AERA Ensemble is an artist-led chamber group bringing together clarinet, violin/viola and piano. Through imaginative programming and collaborative performance, the ensemble explores themes of identity, belonging and shared human experience, creating compelling musical experiences shaped by artistic excellence, curiosity and connection.

Since its formation in 2025, AERA has quickly gained recognition within the UK chamber music scene. In 2026, the ensemble won First Prize at the Royal Over-Seas League Mixed Ensemble Competition, leading to an appearance at Wigmore Hall as part of the Royal Over-Seas League Gold Medal Final.

Drawing on the distinctive possibilities of its instrumental combination, AERA brings familiar and lesser-known repertoire into dialogue, creating performances that are thoughtful, engaging and relevant to contemporary audiences.
